Welcome to Ready Motors. By using our website, requesting services, scheduling appointments, or authorizing repairs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or authorizing services from Ready Motors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Estimates
All estimates are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection.
Additional repairs may be required after further diagnosis or disassembly. Customers will be contacted for approval before additional work is performed whenever possible.
Estimates are not guaranteed final prices and may change due to unforeseen conditions, hidden damage, additional parts, or labor requirements.

3. Diagnostic Charges
Diagnostic fees cover the time, equipment, expertise, and testing required to identify vehicle concerns.
Diagnostic charges are due regardless of whether repairs are approved or completed.
Additional diagnostic time may be required if multiple issues are present.

4. Repair Authorization
By approving repairs verbally, electronically, by text message, email, signed estimate, or any other documented communication, you authorize Ready Motors to perform the approved services and purchase necessary parts.

5. Customer-Supplied Parts
Ready Motors may decline installation of customer-supplied parts.
If customer-supplied parts are installed, no warranty is provided on the part or any related labor unless otherwise stated in writing.
Additional labor charges may apply if supplied parts are incorrect, defective, incomplete, or cause delays.

6. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
General repairs are covered by a 90-day limited warranty.
Rebuilt engine repairs are covered by a 6-month limited warranty.
Warranty coverage applies only to parts and labor originally performed by Ready Motors.
Warranty work must be performed at Ready Motors.
Warranty coverage shall not exceed the original repair invoice amount.
Warranty does not cover failures caused by:
Abuse or misuse
Racing or off-road use
Overheating
Lack of maintenance
Accidents or collisions
Customer modifications
Failure of unrelated components
Pre-existing conditions

7. Oil Change Services
Oil change services include replacement of engine oil and oil filter only.
Ready Motors is not responsible for pre-existing engine conditions, excessive oil consumption, internal engine failures, leaks, sludge-related issues, or mechanical failures occurring after service.
No warranty is provided against pre-existing engine damage.

8. Storage Fees
Vehicles left on the premises after repairs are completed may be subject to storage charges.
Storage fees may begin after reasonable notice has been provided to the customer.

9. Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles not picked up within the time allowed by applicable Oklahoma law may be considered abandoned and may become subject to mechanic’s lien procedures, storage fees, towing, sale, or disposal as permitted by law.

10. Vehicle Testing
Ready Motors may perform road tests, scan tool testing, programming, system calibrations, emissions testing, and other procedures necessary to verify repairs.
By authorizing repairs, you consent to these procedures.

11. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ready Motors reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is received in full as permitted by Oklahoma law.
Accepted payment methods may vary.
Returned checks, chargebacks, or disputed payments may be subject to additional fees.

12. Limitation of Liability
Ready Motors shall not be liable for:
Loss of use of the vehicle
Rental vehicle expenses
Lost wages
Lost profits
Consequential damages
Delays caused by parts availability, suppliers, shipping carriers, manufacturers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific repair service provided.

13. Website Information
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.
While we strive for accuracy, Ready Motors does not guarantee that all content, pricing, service descriptions, or availability information is current or error-free.
Prices displayed online are subject to change without notice.

14. Privacy
Information submitted through our website, contact forms, phone calls, text messages, or email communications may be used to provide estimates, schedule appointments, communicate regarding repairs, and improve customer service.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Any disputes arising from services provided by Ready Motors shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Oklahoma.
